What You'll Do

As a Social Media Specialist at Squarena, you will be responsible for:

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.

  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  3. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

  4. Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and achieve conversion goals.

  5. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure the success of social media efforts, adjusting strategies accordingly.

  6. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Who You Are

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and an eye for design.

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for social media.
